Abdurrahim Zengin
Chairman of the Board
He graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 1993. After graduation, he started to work actively in the family's company called Mintur. From 1997 to 2003, he took an active role in the production and transportation of ready-mixed concrete as a subcontractor in Set Beton company under the name of Mintur Company. He pioneered the establishment of the Company in 2003 and still serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is fluent in English and French. He is married and has 2 children.
Suat Zengin
Vice Chairman of the Board
He is a high school graduate and serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Company. He has been actively working at Boğaziçi Concrete since 2006 and still serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is married and has 1 child.
Ertan Zengin
Board Member
Bilkent Üniversitesi Ekonomi Bölümü’nden 1999 yılında mezun olmuştur. Mezuniyet sonrası Set Beton firmasına, Mintur Firması adı altında alt yüklenici olarak hazır beton üretimi ve nakliyesi işinde aktif olarak görev almıştır. Yönetim Kurulu üyesi olarak Şirket’te görev almaktadır. İyi düzeyde İngilizce bilmekte olup evli ve 2 çocuk babasıdır.
Ömer Erhan ERBAYRAKTAR
General Manager And Board Member
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering in 1992. In 1992-1993, he worked as a construction site supervisor in the construction of Pınarhisar Cement Factory, Lalapaşa Cement Factory, Gümüşhane Cement Factory constructed by Or-tek Ltd. Şti. Between 1994-2004, he worked as Set Beton plant supervisor and regional manager in various regions and positions. Since 2004, he has been serving as the General Manager of the Company. He is married and speaks English fluently.
Ahmet Kağan Yıldırım
Independent Board Member
He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 1996. Working as a senior banker for more than 20 years, Kağan Yıldırım worked in Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking Department for more than 10 years in Turkey, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar, and later worked in Turkey, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and He worked at the Commercial Bank of Qatar as the head of international banking covering Kuwait. He served as Assistant General Manager in Doha and most recently in Alternatifbank Wholesale Banking Department in Turkey. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors at the Company since November 2019. He has a good command of English, is married and has 2 children.
Pelin Muslu Satıcı
Independent Board Member
He graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 2007. In the same year, he started working as a consultant in the Ernst & Young Consulting Services department. In 2010, he left his consultancy position and started his banking career. Between 2010 and 2018, he worked as a corporate allocation analyst and corporate finance unit manager at Citibank, Odeabank and Alternatifbank, respectively.
In 2018, he left Alternatifbank and started to work as a director at EMCAP financial consultancy company to provide financial consultancy, and he still continues in this position. She is married and has one child. Speaks advanced English
